A great way to sponsor a player
support our local athletes

The Stockton Trojans Semi-Professional Football Team
was established in 2006 by Marty Santini, a former youth and then highly
regarded high school football coach who felt the need to try and get local
athletes that were not picked up by colleges a chance to have a venue to
keep pursuing their sport of football, go back to the J.C. level and/or
trade schools to better themselves.
Trojans team goals are to get gentlemen back on track with school and having
a place to hone their skills without the use of their limited college
eligibility.
Our goal for the future is to support the local high schools and be able to
rise to the community as a sponsor to young men and donate their time,
efforts and money to local charities such at the Boys and Girls clubs,
Booster Club and hopefully cancer research.
Marty is trying to tie the community to these athletes by creating a family
oriented atmosphere, as players work together at several venues, play
together of course and interact with BBQ's and such as one large family.
The respect for the coaches and players along with the fans is building a
strong based team-fan atmosphere.
Our motto is "Family, Friends, Team"

INJURY LIST - Tayt Toleman, John Lebed
The Trojans look to meet up with their next
opponents
at home vs the North Valley Lions in the rival game of the Mothers Day
Bowl Trojans have won the last 2 games in regular season against the lions, and lost
one playoff game to them their first season, while last season taking the
division championship.
Manteca Thundercats 4-27-2008 Sunday at 3pm
The Thundercats came to a hot turf day at AG Spanos Field but
didn't get as hot as the Trojans which were relentless on offense and defense with only
2 first downs given up by the d, and offense moving the ball quite well.
War angels 0 Trojans 26 a saturday to break the string against one team!
the war angels which have given the Trojans fits for the
last 3 years were finally knocked out of their ora of being the Trojans nemesis,
as the 2008 Trojans stay undefeated for their title hunt, 2 more hurdles to the
promised land. The people that scored against the War Angels were
the whole offense of course but the persons with the ball were Logan Hollis to
Quincy Kenoly, and Teon Anderson along with 2 scores by Gabe Martin on the
ground. great job offense, and again defense has found their identity as in the
past and brought in a goose egg against one of the best opponents in the
N.C.A.F.F.
The Cougars Saturday April 12th in Yuba City - 34 Trojans, Cougars 6
The Trojans met up with a new and improved cougar squad,
it was a good battle but the cougars not having the outcome they had tried to
prepare for, due to #6 Gabriel Martin putting on a " how to break tackles"
clinic, and defensively the Trojans held the cougars to only 1 score total the
whole game.
The Trojans took a drive to the Chiefs and squeek by, 4/5/2008 Trojans 23 Chiefs
21.
even though the Trojans had 5 or so TD's called back they
were victorious over the Chiefs after getting a safety by the Trojan defense to
go ahead on the score board. Offense racked up run after run and catch after
catch but penalties demised them.
3/30/2008
Trojans 68
@ Sharks 0
The Trojans held the sharks to 5 passing yards and 3
rushing yards, while special teams had several run backs for td's and long
yardage on punt and kick off return, including runs by Kevin Brown, Tink
Vickers, William Riddick and Michael Johnson. Scores on offense by Quincy Kenoly,
Shane Eppler and an outstanding running game by Gabe Martin, while defense in a
tag team effort held the sharks scoreless.
3/22/2008
Trojans 40
@ Barnstormers 21
This should be the game of the week in all leagues! One two-time Champion, VS
the newer team and 2007 division champs Stockton Trojans. DING DING let
the fight begin.
The Trojans took the long trip
to Gilroy and came out with a victory. Quincy Kenoly
had 3 TD's, Tony McPherson had one, and a rushing TD by Tayt Toleman,
along with some of the true work at mid-field produced by Shane Eppler, Jesus Ramirez,
and Kevin Brown. While offense did their thing, defense contributed to the score
with Mo Sapp collecting a lateral for a score, and a pick by Enrique Monroy. The Trojans played 32 people on defense throughout the game, and just
over that on offense, for a total team contribution!!!
Scroll down to the bottom of the Sponsors page to see a write up from the Gilroy
Dispatch, the Barnstormers local news paper
3/15/2008 Jamboree at Andrew Hill High School, San Jose - Trojans VS
Modesto Raiders
We had a good time VS the Raiders, I like the way they wanted to play more
even though we got shafted on time and the Panthers never stayed to scrimmage
us? We gave up one to the Raiders offense, while the Trojan offense gained yards
on the ground and the air,
for several touch downs.
3/8/2008 Roseville Steelers VS Stockton Trojans
@ Lincoln Park in Sacramento
The Trojans went to Sac to play the Roseville Steelers in a scrimmage, lacking a lot of
our players, Trojans still held the Steelers scoreless, while
offense piled on the yards. Another new team that could do well in the future
with some fine tuning.
